KAWSNGV.com accepts orders from Australia and select International countries listed: Austria, Belgium, Canada, China (including Hong Kong), Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guam, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States of America.

KAWSNGV.com customers can buy five (5) units of each item, excluding GONE, customers can buy one (1) unit of GONE per colourway.

KAWSNGV.com customers should allow up to ten (10) business days for order processing and verification. Orders will be dispatched within ten (10) business days from date of order verification. Please allow an additional ten (10) business days for delivery (excluding public holidays). Orders are not processed or dispatched on Saturday or Sunday. These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed. All order fulfillment is at the sole discretion of KAWSNGV.com/National Gallery of Victoria and no communication will be entered into.

KAWSNGV.com ship all domestic and international orders with Couriers and Freight Australia, using a courier service with insurance, tracking and signature required on delivery.

KAWSNGV.com customers receive a shipping confirmation e-mail from Couriers and Freight Australia when their order has been dispatched, which includes the tracking number. To track your order package, go to the link in the shipping confirmation e-mail and enter your tracking number.

Import duty and tax is NOT covered by the KAWSNGV.com therefore you will be responsible for paying all charges. You will be contacted by the destination country’s local customs once your shipment arrives and you will be responsible for payment of all customs charges to release the shipment. Fees and process vary depending on the destination country and KAWSNGV.com is not able to provide the value of Import duty and tax.

KAWSNGV.com are only offering a select group of items through the KAWSNGV.com store currently.

KAWSNGV.com/National Gallery of Victoria will not accept phone orders.

All international orders are tax free (Australian Goods and Services Tax - GST), regardless of value.

KAWSNGV.com does not accept payments by cheque or PayPal. We accept all major credit cards, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX. KAWSNGV.com/National Gallery of Victoria does not store any of your credit card information. Our secure encrypted payment gateway ensures your personal details are protected.

KAWSNGV.com do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure that you carefully review all information in your order prior to finalising your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, e-mail and telephone number.

All KAWS packaging is only protection against damage, including GONE and all KAWS vinyl. We cannot replace or repair any damaged packaging.

KAWSNGV.com/National Gallery of Victoria do not sell KAWS items wholesale.
