For a limited time until 31 August 2020 all KAWS merchandise orders of AUD$110 or more receive free shipping*. This free shipping offer does NOT include the KAWS catalogue and catalogue shipping price.

Free shipping is only offered on orders that total AUD$110 or more in merchandise value exclusively, not including the KAWS catalogue and catalogue shipping price.

For example, if an order of AUD$110 is made up of merchandise and a catalogue with a combined total value of AUD$110 or more, standard shipping rates will apply as the value of merchandise does not equal AUD$110 or more. The actual value of merchandise ordered must be AUD$110 or more to receive free shipping.

Import duty and tax is NOT covered by the KAWSNGV.com therefore you will be responsible for paying all charges. You will be contacted by the destination country’s local customs once your shipment arrives and you will be responsible for payment of all customs charges to release the shipment. Fees and process vary depending on the destination country and KAWSNGV.com is not able to provide the value of Import duty and tax.

KAWSNGV.com customers can purchase the following quantities:

- One (1) unit only of GONE
- One (1) unit only of KAWS Limited Edition Art Book with Screenprint
- Ten (10) units of all other products

KAWSNGV.com does not accept payments by cheque or PayPal. We accept all major credit cards, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX. KAWSNGV.com/National Gallery of Victoria does not store any of your credit card information. Our secure encrypted payment gateway ensures your personal details are protected.

NGV Members discount is not applicable to KAWS items.

International airlines have announced reductions and cancellations of flights from Australia. This will have a significant impact on International freight over the coming months and extensive delays may be experienced. We will continue to process orders for despatch as quickly as possible at this time. NGV and our shipping partner Couriers & Freight Australia are working closely with freight agents to ensure delays are kept to a minimum where possible. Please note once orders have been collected by freight forwarders and your tracking details confirmed we advise all customers to closely monitor order shipment via tracking links for full progress updates.

Customers should allow up five (5) business days for order verification from the day after orders are placed in our system (excluding public holidays). Please allow five (5) to ten (10) business days for order dispatch from the date of order verification and allow an additional ten (10) business days from this date for delivery (excluding public holidays). International shipping times vary significantly. Shipping confirmation will be sent when your order is dispatched including tracking numbers. Orders are not processed or dispatched on Saturday or Sunday. All KAWS orders are shipped separately to all other NGV design store products. Shipping and tracking details will be emailed separately from our shipping partner Couriers & Freight Australia.

The following are charged at a flat rate:

- KAWS GONE – $50 Australia and $100 International (per unit)

KAWS Limited Edition Art Book with Screen-print, General merchandise and the Exhibition Catalogue are charged by weight and region.

KAWSNGV.com ship all domestic and International orders with Couriers & Freight Australia, using a courier service with insurance, tracking and signature required on delivery. KAWSNGV.com do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Freight Forwarders. KAWSNGV.com/National Gallery of Victoria are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping fees to have the order re-shipped, if items are available. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with Couriers and Freight Australia.

KAWSNGV.com customers receive a shipping confirmation from our shipping partner Couriers & Freight Australia when their order has been dispatched, which includes the tracking details. To track your order package, go to the link in the shipping confirmation and enter your tracking number.

KAWSNGV.com do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure that you carefully review all information in your order prior to finalising your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, e-mail and telephone number.

All KAWS packaging is only protection against damage, including GONE and all KAWS vinyl. We cannot replace or repair any damaged packaging.

KAWSNGV.com/National Gallery of Victoria do not sell KAWS items wholesale.
